  • Upon request, the recipient of the complaint can start a conflict resolution with the involvement of all parties involved.
  • Complaints are managed according to a complaints procedure that has been agreed with you in advance.


  • Complaints are made by e-mail via the secure platform of JugendNotmail.
  • All you need to do is register briefly with your nickname and password.
  • The complaint is processed via e-mail and / or chat on the platform.
  • The data and details of the complainant are treated confidentially in accordance with the GDPR requirements and cannot be traced back to them.
