Our licence partners
Bundesverband Herzkranke Kinder e.V.
Since 2020 there has been a cooperation between the Bundesverband Herzkranke Kinder e.V. (BVHK) and JugendNotmail. The wish was to offer a special online counseling service through peer counselors for children and young people with heart disease. By purchasing a license, the BVHK can use and design the data protection-checked consulting platform as an independent client. Those seeking advice with heart disease can be explicitly advised by peer advisors from the BVHK in a separate login area (www.bvhk.de/peerberatung).
Complaints Authority
The KJSH Foundation has been one of the first of our sponsorship partnerships since 2022. After the amendment of the SGB VIII, JugendNotmail acts as an external, anonymous and data protection-checked complaints authority for the clients and employees of the foundation.
