The Federal Ministry for Family, Seniors, Women and Youth has been promoting our online counseling since July 2020 and is thus making a significant contribution to making our counseling services fit for the future.

The Senate Department for Education, Youth and Family has been promoting the regionalization project www.jugendnotmail.berlin since 2016 in order to offer Berlin children and adolescents a specific online counseling service.

Cooperation partner

The international law firm Hengeler Mueller has been supporting us for several years with free legal advice as part of its pro bono activities.

Thanks to the additional pro bono support from the creative agency Lauthals, we were able to make the most of our budget for the campaign #lebenswert and develop print materials in addition to a social media campaign.

As part of a nationwide media cooperation, the health partner will draw attention to JugendNotmail in its media. The AOK informs about our offerings with the message “Strengthening the mental health of children and adolescents” on their homepage www.aok-on.de. In addition, the health insurance company will report regularly about us in its member magazines and on its social media channels. We are very happy about the cooperation, because in this way we can reach even more children and young people who are in emotional distress.

Encouraging and shaking up is the aim of the cyberbullying campaign “# speak over it” by the Audi BKK. JugendNotmail supports the campaign as an online counselling service. Cyberbullying is extremely dangerous. Not everyone is aware of how widespread digital harassment is and how badly those affected suffer. The campaign is primarily aimed at students, teachers and parents. Because if you know a lot about it and learn how dangerous cyberbullying is, you can stop it here too. JugendNotmail supports the campaign as part of theme weeks on social media. In the best case, those affected find the courage to finally talk about what is happening to them or what they observe and experience as a spectator.

Being good to one another – this is what DAK-Gesundheit advocates for, among other things, within the framework of the niceones initiative. The movement is aimed at young people and points out problems such as bullying, body-shaming, stress and online addiction. Content that is also repeatedly discussed in our online counselling. That is why DAK-Gesundheit cooperates with JugendNotmail and provides information about our offer on their website www.niceones.de. We are very happy to be able to work together for a healthy coexistence.
